Learn how to claim your mystery box items using QR codes or item codes
Visit our Shop and purchase a mystery box from our Shopify store. You'll receive an order confirmation with your item details.
You must be logged in to claim items. Click the Login button and sign in using your Shopify account. Only existing Shopify customers can access the claim system.
Once logged in, navigate to the Claim Page. You'll see options to claim using either a QR code or an item code.
Scan or enter the QR code from your mystery box. This is the fastest way to claim your item.
Enter the item code (e.g., GAMI-2025-9491) from your product or order confirmation email.
Click "Verify" to check if your code is valid and available. If valid, click "Claim Item" to add it to your account. Once claimed, the item will be linked to your account permanently.
Yes, but only existing Shopify customers can claim items. You must log in using your Shopify account. If you've purchased from our Shopify store before, you can use those credentials.
No. The claim system requires authentication to ensure items are claimed by legitimate customers. This protects both you and us from fraud.
First, verify the code using the "Verify" button. If it's invalid or already claimed, contact our support team. Make sure you're entering the code exactly as it appears (case-sensitive).
No. Each item can only be claimed once. Once claimed, the code becomes invalid and cannot be used again.
Item codes can be found in your order confirmation email, on the product packaging, or on the mystery box itself. They typically follow the format: GAMI-2025-XXXXX.
Once successfully claimed, the item is permanently linked to your account. You'll receive a confirmation with claim details including the claim timestamp. The item will appear in your account dashboard.
Your claim data is secure and encrypted. We use Shopify's OAuth 2.0 authentication to ensure only legitimate customers can claim items. All claim transactions are logged and monitored for security purposes.
